Почему this () и super () не могут использоваться вместе в конструкторе?

С помощью статического метода в родительском и дочернем классах: Static Binding

}

class parent {

    }
}

class child extends parent {

    static public void start() {
        System.out.println("Inside start method of child");

}

Динамическое связывание:

        pc.start(); 
    }
}

class parent {
   public void start() {
        System.out.println("Inside start method of parent");
    }
