Две вкладки первая застревает, когда вы находитесь в режиме отладки во второй вкладке

Прошел год, так как вопрос был задан, но я не был удовлетворен ответами. Я немного поиграл, и вот код, который:

  • работает в IE8 + и во всех других браузерах,
  • очень легко понять;
  • идеально выравнивает границы ячеек (ячейки фиксированной ширины);
  • фиксирует головку во время прокрутки тела;
  • автоматически адаптируется к сенсорным экранам.
