К сожалению, он меняет структуру символов клавиш и не обрабатывает комментарии. Поэтому я написал что-то, что должно быть достаточно прочным, чтобы читать (только) очень грязные INI-файлы и позволяет извлекать ключи как есть.

В нем используется некоторый LINQ, вложенный в регистр регистр строк для хранения разделов, ключей и значения, и прочитайте файл за один раз.
