Вы должны переопределить его с помощью метки <xsl:choose>:

       <xsl:choose>
         <xsl:when test="$CreatedDate > $IDAppendedDate">

         <xsl:otherwise>
          <h2> dooooooooooooo </h2>
         </xsl:otherwise>
       </xsl:choose>
