Загрузить файл с помощью Ajax XmlHttpRequest

Привет, я пытаюсь отправить файл с xmlhttprequest с помощью этого кода.

но я получил эту ошибку: запрос был отклонен, так как не было найдено составных границ помогите мне, пожалуйста ..
