расследование неудачного запроса теста производительности apache

Я только сегодня начинаю пользоваться AB. Прочитал пару туториалов AB по новинкам и подумал, что стоит попробовать их для нагрузочного тестирования моего сайта.

После нескольких попыток я получил огромное количество неудачных запросов. Вы можете объяснить, что означает неудавшийся запрос? Как я могу подробнее изучить эту проблему?
