Не удается установить PHPUnit через PEAR, требуется установщик PEAR> = 1.9.2, невозможно обновить PEAR с 1.9.0

Я прочитал другие вопросы по установке PHPUnit, но безуспешно. Что происходит с моей установкой PEAR?

pear list сообщает об установке 1.9.3, pear -V сообщает 1.9.0!?!

Обновление Пробовал предложение KingCrunch.
