httpModules, не работающий над iis7

У меня есть следующий модуль

Это работает решетка над моим ПК рабочий XP и IIS 5.1

но на моем веб-сервере, выполняющем IIS7 и WS 2008 dosn't работы, помогите, я не знаю, как разработать это.
