Как выполнить Систему. Сеть. DataVisualization в Среднем Доверии в на Облачных Сайтах Rackspace

У меня есть проблемы при получении Microsoft Charting:

System.Web.DataVisualization.dll

Работать в Среднем Доверии над Windows Server 2008 на IIS 7

Используя.Net 3.5

В среде в Rackspace на их Облачных Сайтах.

Я получаю это сообщение об ошибке от Rackspace, размещающего среду:

 Security Exception

Rackspace не установит пакет MSChart.exe на Облачных серверах Сайтов Rackspace.
