h: selectBooleanCheckbox valueChangeListener не работает

У меня проблемы с valueChangeListener из h: selectBooleanCheckbox . У меня есть следующий блок кода:

И addUserListMember для PopupController

Но valuechangelistner не работает. Я не могу использовать this.form.submit () , потому что он не вписывается в код. Я использую jsf 1.2.
