Доступ к устройству последовательного порта на USB с помощью комплекта ввода / вывода

У меня следующая проблема: у меня есть GPS-устройство Wintec WBT-202, которое может передавать данные о местоположении в реальном времени в виде данных NMEA через USB. Внутри этого USB-порта это просто мост USB-последовательный порт, который запускается под Windows с использованием стандартного драйвера usbser.sys .
