_MailAutoSig Закладка отсутствует (Outlook 2010)

Некоторое время назад я написал надстройку для Outlook, которая добавляет / удаляет необязательный слоган под подписью в сообщении Outlook. Эта надстройка работает без проблем.

Я пишу вторую надстройку, которая потенциально должна добавлять информацию ниже (независимо от наличия дополнительной подписи), и я снова ссылаюсь на закладку _MailAutoSig из редактора Word . Проблема, с которой я сталкиваюсь, заключается в том, что эта закладка больше не отображается, как и закладка из другой моей надстройки.

Одно различие в двух фрагментах кода ниже заключается в том, что в первом из них конвертируется MailItem из объекта, переданного ItemSend, тогда как второй обрабатывается ДО события ItemSend.
