Элементы списка с чередованием цветов

У меня есть представление списка и адаптер, который выбирает переменные цвета фона к элементам списка (стиль списка "зебры"):

public View getView(final int position, View convertView, ViewGroup parent) {
    int colorPos = position % colors.length;
    ...
    convertView.setBackgroundColor(colors[colorPos]);
    return convertView;
}

Но теперь, когда я выбираю объект с помощью колесика прокрутки, или когда я нажимаю объект, исходные цвета для выбора/нажатия не переопределяют мое пользовательское образование (я вижу исходный цвет ниже того, который я установил).

Как я могу выбрать исходные цвета для этих состояний?

необходимо изменить цвет подсветки списка если вы делаете это через стили

        <item name="android:listSelector">@drawable/my_selector</item>
 </style>

, или можно установить тот же атрибут в коде my_selector является drawable состоянием - ищут примеры в каталоге SDK:
