Реализация проверки электронной почты в Django

Я создал приложение Django. У меня есть страница регистрации (простая HTML-форма) в приложении, и на ней есть поле для электронной почты при регистрации. Теперь я хотел реализовать проверку электронной почты при регистрации пользователя. Например, отправка электронного письма пользователю (на адрес электронной почты, указанный в регистрационной форме). Путем поиска в Google я обнаружил, что есть метод Django send_email, который можно использовать для вышеуказанного. Но, будучи новичком в Django, я не мог понять, какие изменения и функции должны быть созданы для этого.Может ли кто-нибудь помочь мне в этом или указать какие-нибудь уроки, которые могли бы мне помочь. Или есть другой способ реализовать это, кроме метода send_email в Django. Любая помощь будет принята с благодарностью
