Заголовки Создания (wsse) Раздел Клиента WCF Программно в C#

, как действительно делают следующий раздел Сервисных Параметров настройки app.config в C# программно:

мне удалось генерировать обязательный раздел (не включенный выше) и раздел конечной точки от C#. Я не могу создать раздел заголовков.

ошибка, которая подходит: (это вызвано тем, что у меня нет раздела заголовков, когда я генерирую все от C#)

раздел заголовков важен, как будто я исключаю его из конфигурации и выполняю код с помощью конфигурации, которую он также дает вышеупомянутой ошибке.
