Я не могу установить rmagick gem на windows

Я установил ruby ​​из http: // rubyinstaller. org / downloads / с комплектом разработчика и последней версией ImageMagick. Я пытался установить конфигурации rmagick (каталоги lib и include), но все равно получаю ту же ошибку
