HTTPWebRequest "PUT" error status 405 Метод не разрешен в IIS7

Мое приложение использует метод HttpWebRequest "Put" для загрузки файла в приложения asp.net, расположенные в iis7. У меня возникла ошибка Status Code 405 Метод не разрешен. Я перепробовал все решения, которые можно найти на форуме в течение 2 дней, включая удаление webDav в обработчиках, добавление метода "Put" в обработчики (как показано в http://blogs.msdn.com/b/joseph_fultz/archive/2009/07/23/enabling-the-put-verb-with-handlers-and-iis-7-0.aspx), перерегистрацию asp.net в iis. Но ни одно из решений не работает в моем случае.

Ниже приведен код для работы с HttpWebRequest (PUT): Он взял токен аутентификации пользователя и проверил его. После этого он создал аутентификационный тикет и ответил обратно пользователю.
