pyCairo: Как изменить размер и положение изображения?

На основании вопроса Создание PDF-файла с (измененными) изображениями PNG с использованием Pycairo - проблема с изменением масштаба поверхности Я попытался создать код, разрешающий вызывает и помещает изображение в определенное место, как показано в приведенном ниже коде (в этом случае, например, изображения должны появляться «поверх» нижележащих прямоугольников). Однако я не могу заставить изображение появиться в правильном месте (ах).

Я был бы признателен, если бы знал, что мне нужно изменить, чтобы правильно масштабировать и позиционировать изображение.
