Обновление индикатора выполнения в списке при загрузке файла

Как мы можем обновить индикатор выполнения в ListView. Когда каждый индикатор выполнения связан с загрузкой файла и выполняется с помощью AsyncTask.

• обновить ProgressBar
  1. В процессе обновления (я пробовал, но это не работает)
  2. В процессе просмотра инфляции ListView. (Это тоже не работает)

Обычно, когда я получаю файл типа .mp3 в браузере, я вызываю это asynctask, поэтому может быть n экземпляров asynctask. но тогда как обновить конкретный индикатор выполнения с помощью конкретной задачи Aysnctask.
