Как удалить MenuBar приложения с помощью окон API?

Я использую ниже кода для удаления Строки заголовка приложения, которое работает отлично на блокнот. Теперь я хочу удалить Строку меню также. Как достигнуть его?

Вы не можете скрыть их, вам нужно будет удалить их, используя вместо этого API, YMMV в результате этого;
