Отправка электронного письма HTML от PHP

Я пытаюсь послать простое электронное письмо HTML от PHP. Код ниже просто приводит к пустому электронному письму в Gmail. Это также имеет пустое вложение, названное 'noname', который нисколько не является, что я хочу; хотя это могло бы просто быть признаком его не работа.

Оказывается, ключ - это тип кодировки. Вместо: 

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

мне нужно было использовать: 

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Это может зависеть от таких подробностей, как сохранение файла PHP в собственном текстовом редакторе. Я не рассматривал это, но функция iconv в PHP, возможно, тоже меня порадовала. Так что я думаю, что эта часть действительно чувствительна.

Если возможно, используйте класс PHPMailer . Это значительно упростит вам работу.

Вы должны указать mime-тип в параметре заголовков почтовой функции. Добавьте это: 

$header  .= 'MIME-Version: 1.0' . "\r\n";
$header .= 'Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1' . "\r\n";

Это также показано в PHP-документации для почтовой функции . См. Пример 4

Если использование библиотеки не проблема, просто используйте Swift Mailer
