отправить электронное письмо с вложением pdf

Я пытаюсь отправить электронное письмо с помощью функции mail () в php с вложением в формате pdf. Я запускаю сценарий на локальной машине. Я установил smtp ip в php.ini . Я отлично могу отправить текстовое электронное письмо, но с вложением я получаю следующую ошибку:
