Задание Quartz запускается дважды при развертывании на tomcat 6 / Ubuntu 10.04LTS

Я запускаю веб-приложение на основе Spring Framework / SmartGWT, и теперь к нему добавлено задание Quartz. Работа должна выполняться каждый день в 2 часа ночи и выбирать победителей из таблицы БД. Из моих журналов я вижу, что он запускается дважды, похоже, одновременно, потому что, как вы видите, журналы перекрываются:

Я действительно не вижу, что здесь не так, это довольно простой вариант использования. Когда я тестирую это локально, на сервере с режимом разработки GWT, он ДЕЙСТВИТЕЛЬНО работает. Только при развертывании на Tomcat6 в Ubuntu 10.04 LTS я получаю эту проблему.

Есть идеи?

** edit: после подсказки из комментариев, увеличивая уровень журнала, кажется, что Spring запускается дважды. Перезапуск сервера tomcat показывает, что созданы два экземпляра Springs с разницей примерно в 4 секунды.
