Ошибка сериализации .NET XML (произошла ошибка, отражающая тип)

Да, я знаю очень общий заголовок, но сейчас я собираюсь объяснить.

Учитывая определение класса ниже, может ли кто-нибудь объяснить, почему я получаю это исключение, когда вызываю Serialize ( ) метод.
