Проблемы с установкой PyCurl на python2.7.0+

pycurl прекрасно устанавливается на python2.6, но я получаю следующую ошибку при попытке установить на 2.7 через easy_install на maverick

$ sudo easy_install pycurl
install_dir /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/

Is 2.7 not compatible with pycurl?
