Доступ к базе данных XAMPP MySql с другого компьютера

Так что мой друг и я используем оба xampp на Ubuntu, если это помогает, для соединения между веб-сайтами друг друга. Мы оба создали один и тот же php-файл для соединения, поэтому мы используем de IP другого, но затем он сообщает об ошибке
