WCF .net 4.0 Базовая аутентификация HTTP

Я искал это уже пару дней.

Я просто пытаюсь передать имя пользователя / пароль в мою службу RESTful с использованием базовой HTTP-аутентификации. Все остальное работает отлично!

Вот как выглядит мой файл web.config:

Я просто запускаю службу на своем локальном компьютере и пытаюсь достичь точки останова в классе CustomUserNameValidator, но это так и не доходит. Поэтому я не использую SSL прямо сейчас, просто пытаюсь получить имя пользователя / пароль.
