Gradle: Как скомпилировать классы, использующие com.sun .xml.internal.bind. *?

Я в процессе преобразования существующего проекта из ant в Gradle.

К сожалению, существует класс Java, который использует com.sun.xml.internal.bind.DatatypeConverterImpl. Во-первых, я собираюсь заменить это использование, но на данный момент мне просто любопытно, почему Gradle не может найти этот класс, что приводит к сбою компиляции.

Обратите внимание, что он отлично компилируется в eclipse, а также использует задачу javac ant. JAVA_HOME установлен на 1.6.0_27.

Так в чем же уникальность Gradle, что по умолчанию он не может найти этот класс, и как можно обойти эту проблему?
