Создать файл журнала в Powershell

У меня есть приведенный ниже код, и в настоящее время он загружает всю информацию на экран. Я хочу, чтобы он регистрировался в файле журнала на D: \ Apps \ Logs.

Файл журнала должен иметь имя компьютера, с которого он загружается - так что COMPUTERNAME.log

Есть идеи, как я могу это сделать?
