Ошибка yii при выполнении пользовательской команды

Я получаю приведенную ниже ошибку, когда запускаю свою собственную команду yiic в терминале.

Кажется, я не могу отследить причину этой ошибки, может ли кто-нибудь указать мне правильное направление. Я знаю, что БД работает нормально, как и другие части приложения.
