Mono + apache2 = Служба временно недоступна (503)

Вот уже неделю я пытаюсь запустить мою моно-конфигурацию с помощью apache. Я, должно быть, пробовал практически все, но, к сожалению, не замечаю никаких изменений, проблема остается тем же.

Когда я пытаюсь подключиться к серверу, я получаю сообщение об ошибке 503: Служба временно недоступна Когда я смотрю журнал ошибок, он кажется пустым, и я совершенно уверен, что это не проблема с правами доступа.
