Как передать дату в скрипт в Python?

У меня есть скрипт для удаления изображений старше определенной даты.

Могу ли я передать эту дату в качестве аргумента при вызове скрипта?

Пример: Этот скрипт delete_images.py удаляет изображения старше даты (ГГГГ-ММ-ДД)
