отправить письмо с вложением с помощью php

Я использовал этот код для отправки электронной почты с вложением с помощью php, но есть что-то ошибка в приложении, так как я получаю электронное письмо и вложение появляется в содержании. до того, как я использую тот же код и он работал успешно. почему????
