Невозможно найти Spring NamespaceHandler для пространства имен XML-схемы [http://cxf.apache.org/jaxrs visible

Я пытаюсь интегрировать Apache CXF со Spring для создания веб-сервисов RESTful. Но при развертывании приложения я получаю следующее исключение.

SEVERE: Context initialization failed
org.springframework.beans.factory.parsing.BeanDefinitionParsingException: Configuration problem: Unable to locate Spring NamespaceHandler for XML schema namespace [http://cxf.apache.org/jaxrs]

. Я не уверен, какой файл jar или конфигурация мне не хватает.

Я добавил банку cxf-rt-frontend-jaxrs, но по-прежнему получаю то же исключение
