Отображение DialogFragments аварийно завершает работу ICS

После выпуска Fragments API я начал переносить все мои устаревшие диалоги в DialogFraments, используя пакет совместимости. Все работало хорошо, пока я не заметил, что мои диалоги вызывают сбои только в ICS:

Мои диалоги показаны в AsyncTask.onPostExecute (), чтобы показать пользователю HTTP-ответ. После того, как я погрузился в проблему, я пришел к выводу, что это исключение возникает только тогда, когда Activity приостановлено или остановлено, и этого не происходит в других версиях Android. Я пробовал использовать commitAllowingStateLoss (), но это не помогает, поскольку исключение выбрасывается в DialogFragment.show (). Вот мой код для DialogFragment:
