как загрузить изображение на сервер в Android?

Я пытаюсь загрузить изображение, захваченное камерой, на сервер. сервер отправляет код ответа = 200, но изображение не загружается на сервер.

в моем приложении я захватываю изображение и сохраняю его в базе данных. путь сохранения изображения используется для загрузки файла изображения.
