как установить максимальную ширину для макета

После долгих поисков в Google я не могу найти решение этой проблемы . У меня такой макет:

Макет таблицы определяет форму. На телефоне выглядит нормально, но на планшете поле редактирования текста выглядит слишком большим. Я хочу установить максимальную ширину для макета и нарисовать форму по центру.
