Python Замена пробелов в текстовом файле запятой

Я уже достаточно устарел со своим питоном и хотел знать, есть ли лучший или более эффективный способ написания этого сценария.

Сценарии предназначены для того, чтобы взять журнал txt и заменить '' на замену на ',', чтобы создать .csv .. Делает журналы немного более читаемыми.
