HTML CSS Часть страницы отключена

Итак, у меня есть код HTML и CSS:

, и веб-сайт выглядит отлично, за исключением одного . Нижняя часть окна Python обрезана, и я не могу прокрутить вниз, чтобы просмотреть остальную часть страницы! Как это исправить?
