База данных Rake: тест: приложение prepare в Rails 3 завершается с ошибкой, файл не найден

Я не уверен, почему это происходит внезапно. Я хотел бы знать, как решить, пожалуйста, если кто-то еще сталкивался с этим раньше или есть идеи, где искать. Использование пакета exec не исправляет, имеет такое же поведение.
