Failed to build gem native extension

В итоге я пытаюсь установить Ruby on Rails на свою OS 10.7.3, но у меня возникают различные проблемы.

Также у меня есть свежеустановленный XCode 4.3 из App Store.

Когда я запускаю терминал и ввожу:

sudo gem install rails

и он выдает:

EDIT 1: Я последовал предложению Джасдипа и установил RVM. Но как только я запустил:
