Нужна помощь в получении номера TCP-порта и IP-адреса в C

Я пытаюсь найти способ заставить мой сервер печатать свой номер TCP-порта и IP-адрес, но сейчас он выдает неправильный IP-адрес, я получаю вывод 0.0 .33.32. Любая помощь приветствуется!
