Сбой iOS «NSInternalInconsistencyException», причина: «оператор все еще активен» Кэш основных данных?

Очень редко вижу их всплывающие окна в отчетах о сбоях на экранах, использующих NSFetchedResultsController, и не знаю, как с ними справиться. Я не верю, что где-либо использую многопоточность, если только NSFetchedResults не использует их внутри.
