Загрузить большой файл в Android без ошибки нехватки памяти

Мой код загрузки, как показано ниже:

Хотя размер меньше 16 МБ, загрузка прошла успешно. Но пока он больше 16 мб, выдает ошибку "OutOfMemory". Как избежать ошибки нехватки памяти?
