Развертывание RoR на Heroku и Sqlite3 не работает

Я нашел несколько сообщений на эту же тему (вот ) и подумал, что внес правильные изменения, но я до сих пор не могу решить проблему.

После завершения установки пакета, я нажимаю на heroku, я получаю следующую ошибку, когда он достигает установки sqlite3.

похоже, что у меня есть оба

Using sqlite3 (1.3.5)
Using sqlite3-ruby (1.3.3)

в моей системе. Не уверен, что это создает проблему, но объясняет, почему я исключил оба из файла gemfile.
