Heroku push неоднократно терпит неудачу, похоже, не удается установить Bonjour

Я пытаюсь следовать краткому руководству по python от Heroku, но постоянно сталкиваюсь с проблемами. В настоящий момент «git push heroku master» не работает, потому что не может установить Bonjour. Кто-нибудь знает, действительно ли это необходимо требование, и могу ли я изменить требуемую версию, или как-то иначе это исправить? Полный текст push следует ниже
