Ошибка Postgres на Heroku с Resque

Объяснение: Мой работник выполняет только некоторые операции записи в базы данных. Ничего сложного. Когда я выполняю задачу работника в первый раз, она работает, а во второй раз происходит сбой с вышеуказанным сообщением. Если я перезапущу рабочий, он будет работать только в первый раз. Я уже запускаю

heroku pg:restart
heroku db:restart
heroku db:migrate

... безуспешно.

На моем локальном компьютере (с использованием mysql) все работает отлично. Есть идеи?
