Все, что я сделал, это запустил это приложение службы WCF и открыл другое решение VS2010 с базовой формой. который имеет кнопку текстового поля и метку, а также скопировал расположение службы сервисного приложения в другом решении, поэтому, когда я набираю номер, я получаю ответ от службы.
