Boost.Test в 64-разрядной версии Windows

stdafx.hppбуквально пуст. Проект был создан как пустой проект C++, настроенный для создания приложения, с каталогами, настроенными так, чтобы указывать на повышение заголовков и библиотек. Я использую /entry для указания на функцию main, предоставляемую Boost.Test.
