Вид внутри ScrollView не занимает все место

У меня есть RelativeLayout внутри ScrollView. Мой RelativeLayout имеет android:layout_height="match_parent", но представление не занимает весь размер, это похоже на wrap_content.

Есть ли способ добиться реального поведения fill_parent/match_parent?
